What an amazing installation, topped off with some outstanding feedback from the customer.
This project featured our Equinox EQ360 Lite model, complete with a full media package, air source heat pump, and a complimentary chemical kit.
It wasn’t the most straightforward installation to begin with, and we certainly had our work cut out for us. The customer was keen to have his hot tub fully installed and ready in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the original model he selected wasn’t going to arrive in time.
As soon as we became aware of this, we contacted the customer to explain the situation and offered an alternative solution to ensure his Christmas wasn’t affected. After discussing the options, he agreed to switch to our EQ360 Lite, which we supplied at a heavily discounted price to match the original model. To go the extra mile, we also included a free air source heat pump and a complimentary chemical kit.
It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our hard work paid off. The customer has been enjoying his hot tub throughout the Christmas period and even took the time to message us on Christmas Day to tell us that we had made his Christmas the most special one yet.
Since then, the customer has become a returning client, placing multiple additional orders ready for January.
Feedback like this means everything to us and reminds us that making our customers happy is what we do best.
