  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, item size, and weight.

  • Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, or busy seasonal periods.

  • Express and priority delivery options may be available for an additional fee.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after full payment is received.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.


4. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Ownership and risk for goods transfer to you once the order is collected by the courier.

  • Lust Interiors Ltd is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier.

  • In the event of a delivery issue, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier company.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout. Lust Interiors Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional costs may apply for re-delivery.


6. Missing or Damaged Orders

  • You must notify us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the item.

1. Shipping Partners

Lust Interiors Ltd arranges all hot tub deliveries directly with the manufacturer. Your hot tub will be shipped from the manufacturer to your specified delivery address, bypassing our premises. We work with trusted manufacturers and delivery partners to ensure a reliable and efficient service.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item size, and weight.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturer scheduling, courier delays, adverse weather, or seasonal demand.

  • Express and priority delivery options may be available for an additional fee.


3. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Once your hot tub has been dispatched from the manufacturer, ownership and risk for the product pass to you.

  • Lust Interiors Ltd is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier or manufacturer once the product has left their premises.

  • In the event of a delivery issue, we will assist you in liaising with the manufacturer or courier to resolve the matter.


4. Site Access Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Before placing your hot tub order, it is imperative that you speak with the Lust Interiors team regarding access to your garden. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or an incomplete order.

  • Customers must provide images and video footage of the delivery route and access points to ensure successful delivery and installation.

  • If our engineers arrive on-site and are unable to complete the delivery or installation due to inadequate access that was not disclosed, Lust Interiors Ltd will not provide a refund. In such cases:

    • Your hot tub will be delivered to the kerbside only.

    • The installation portion of your order is non-refundable as engineers and delivery teams are booked directly through our manufacturers, and their time cannot be reallocated.


5. Damaged or Failed Deliveries

  • You must inspect your hot tub upon delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery team immediately.

  • Any damage, missing parts, or issues must be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery by contacting sales@lusthome-outdoorliving.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, inaccessible premises, or your unavailability, you may be liable for re-delivery charges.


6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
